# email_recipients_upload

Upload a recipient CSV to one DRAFT or SCHEDULE email in the Email app (pApp F00003). Requires csv {emailHeader, encoding utf-8|euc-kr, headerRow}, and file {filename, base64, contentType text/csv} (.csv; bridge limit 10 MiB and 100,000 recipients, the console sets none). The file is relayed once to the mailer in memory and not kept; links are not accepted. A scheduled email needs CHANGE_SCHEDULED_EMAIL. Write; rows are never returned. Does not send. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
