# messenger_participant_apply

Kick out a participant, or temporarily block them for 1 to 60 minutes, in a basic group room of the Messenger app (pApp D00003). Requires roomUuid, participantDistinctId, change kick (confirmation KICK_GROUP_PARTICIPANT) or mute with minutes (confirmation MUTE_GROUP_PARTICIPANT) [str_6757, str_2727, str_err_2946]. Operators cannot be kicked [str_6758]. A kick is read back; a block is confirmed by the accepted request only. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
