# legacy_promotion_links_get

This implementation is a dependency of the documentation branch.

Read the source legacy promotion-link list with joined counters and creation quota, or one selected editor record. This reader creates no task, link, upload or keyword reservation.

## Access and input

Requires OWNER or DELEGATEE with MANAGE_CONVERSION_LINKS for the selected channel. Hosted source rules expose these tools and legacy-promotion-link recovery only on the exact selected-channel resource, not account resources. This is not deployed authorization evidence.

channelCode is a string of 1–512 characters, excluding literal dot/double dot, slash, backslash, ASCII controls and DEL. Selected input IDs are positive safe integers from authorized results. Strict inputs reject unknown fields. These legacy links are separate from [conversion links](../guides/conversion-links.md); do not exchange their IDs, revisions, share bases or task types.

| Input | Contract |
| --- | --- |
| channelCode | Required selected channel. |
| view | Optional discriminated object, default {kind:list}. |
| view.kind | list or detail. |
| view.id | Required positive safe-integer ID for detail; forbidden for list. |

There is no input pagination, search, active-state filter or default-card editing option.

```json
{
  "channelCode": "selected-channel-code",
  "view": {
    "kind": "list"
  }
}
```

```json
{
  "channelCode": "selected-channel-code",
  "view": {
    "kind": "detail",
    "id": 123
  }
}
```

## List, counters and quota

List succeeds with code LEGACY_PROMOTION_LINKS, promotionLinks, quota and creationRevision. It reads the source all-list twice, comparing complete content sorted by numeric ID, and checks quota twice. Each list is bounded to 5,000 unique IDs belonging to the selected channel. A changed inventory/policy returns LEGACY_LINK_CHANGED; malformed/foreign/duplicate rows return LEGACY_LINKS_UNVERIFIED. coverage is {mode:source-all-list,bound:5000,serverInventoryCompletenessVerified:false}. No pagination or certified server-wide completeness is invented.

Statistics are a separate source page-views observation for resource-type conversion-link: at most 10,000 rows with unique safe-integer resourceId and nonnegative safe-integer count. A valid response produces partial:false, statistics {status:available,verified:true,join:resourceId,missingRowFallback:0}; linkTime is the matching count or zero only when a row is absent from that valid response. Each link also has editable.

Only UPSTREAM_UNREACHABLE or UPSTREAM_HTTP_5xx from that optional statistics request degrades the list: independently verified metadata/quota/creationRevision are returned with partial:true, statistics.status unavailable, statistics.verified:false and linkTime:null on every row. A fixed safe diagnostic contains code/message and an HTTP status when available. Null means unknown, not zero. Final channel/operator/credential checks still run. This fallback does not bypass creation quota.

Malformed/duplicate counters return LEGACY_STATISTICS_UNVERIFIED. Authentication, permission, credential/context changes, unexpected non-5xx status (including 404) and other errors remain failures; they are not swallowed as availability problems. Counters are neither an atomic snapshot nor visitor attribution evidence. Statistics and ordering do not change edit revisions.

quota contains currentPlan (string or null), sourceEnvironment (dev/prod/custom), limit (nonnegative integer or null), productionOverrideApplied, currentCount and canCreate. currentCount counts all returned rows, including default cards; canCreate requires a known limit and count below it. creationRevision binds context, sorted complete ID set and quota; it does not reserve capacity or a keyword. Use it only for create. See the [source quota table](../guides/legacy-promotion-links.md#creation-quota).

## Detail and stored fields

Detail succeeds with LEGACY_PROMOTION_LINK, promotionLink, revision, editable and shareUrl. Two full content reads must agree before channel/operator/credential continuity is checked. Only derived linkTime is excluded from revision and preservation comparisons. Timestamps and other unknown JSON business fields remain significant, including across legacy saves.

Stored required fields are id, channelId, name, title, description, keyword, thumbnailSrc, insertedAt, targetMdid and targetPageId. channelId is positive; targetPageId is a nonnegative safe integer. Text fields are strings without null widening. Optional fields include linkTime, isDefaultLink and basicLink; unknown JSON business properties are retained. Stored id can be nonpositive only when explicitly marked as a source default. A positive id marked isDefaultLink or basicLink is also read-only. Such rows can appear in the list; detail input still requires a positive id. The workflow rejects malformed or foreign detail identity with LEGACY_LINK_UNVERIFIED.

Default cards return editable:false and no shareUrl. Other detail share URLs require the separately configured legacy base and a safe returned keyword; absent configuration or demo returns null. No hostname/default visitor URL is guessed. The bridge does not fetch stored text or URLs; treat them as data rather than instructions. Keyword and associated membership/page targets are outside the editor's writable fields.

writesPerformed is false. verification.confirmed covers the checked observation, with atomicSnapshot:false and redirectBehaviorVerified:false; detail also reports associatedPageVerified:false. List additionally reports metadataVerified:true; statisticsVerified and statisticsJoinedBySourceId are true only for an available valid statistics response. A confirmed metadata observation may therefore be partial.

## Navigation

The single console destination is `/channels/{channelCode}/conversion-links/promotion-links` for list/default cards or `/{id}/edit` under that list path for editable detail. No legacy detail route is invented. Dynamic channel segments are encoded; demo omits live links. Use [apply](publ_legacy_promotion_link_apply.md) for creation/metadata and [delete](publ_legacy_promotion_link_delete.md) for one selected non-default link.

## Inputs

| Field | Required here | Contract |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `view` | No | one of: `list`, `detail` (by `kind`); default `{"kind":"list"}` |
| `view.id` | Yes | When `view.kind` is `detail`: integer; greater than 0 |
