Checks a new discount policy (names, management labels and translations) or a copy of an existing discount for an event before it is made. Read only.

## Usage

Give the `eventId` and one operation:

- `operation:{kind:"create", title, presentationalTitle, labelIds}`: the management name and public name (3–50 characters each) and up to 10 existing management labels (from [ticket_policy_labels_get](ticket_policy_labels_get.md)), each once. Optional `translation.presentationalTitle` sets the public name for the ten console locales (ko, en, ja, zh, zh-Hant, fr, es, vi, ru, it); it needs the multilingual app X00003. With X00003 on a KRW channel, `ko` defaults to the public name unless you give it.
- `operation:{kind:"copy", sourcePolicyId, confirmation:"COPY_DISCOUNT_POLICY"}`: copies an existing discount of the event.

## Results

The check reads the event's active policies, its single default (base) policy, the management labels and the installed apps, and returns the request that would be sent. Nothing is saved; [ticket_discount_creation_apply](ticket_discount_creation_apply.md) runs the same check in its preview.
