autonomous_room_moderation_apply
Block one channel member from sending messages in an autonomous room of the Messenger app (pApp D00003) for 1 to 60 minutes, as the console message menu does. Requires the member distinctId (from the channel member list) and disabledMinutes. The member must belong to this channel. The block ends by itself; the console has no early unblock. Hiding a message (change hideMessageId) cannot be undone and is done on the console: the answer is a console link and nothing is sent. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
