serial_episodes_apply
Edits, publishes or deletes an episode or changes its thumbnail in the Serial VOD app (pApp C00006). Episode videos are uploaded with serial_episode_upload_apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
