messenger_paid_pricing_get
Read the default per-message fee or one direct room's fee in the Messenger app (pApp D00003; paid messages need the Z00007 extension), with the channel currency, monetization and point branding the console checks. Requires target default or room with roomUuid. Returns a revision. Changes nothing.
