customer_support_apply
Requests monitoring support from the publ team (Business plan or higher, 4–2,000 characters and the monitoring agreement), cancels a requested or running support, or ends a completed one, as the console Customer support screen does. The preview repeats the console notes. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
