messenger_quiet_apply

Move a direct room you own to the quiet chat room list, or restore it to regular chat, in the Messenger app (pApp D00003) [str_9699, str_9702]. Requires roomUuid, change isQuiet. The console says this can be reverted at any time. Read back. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
