commerce_live_broadcast_apply
Creates the next broadcast (start time at least 15 minutes ahead, rehearsal) or changes the standby screen image of the prepared broadcast in the Commerce Live app (pApp C00014). Starting, ending and cancelling stay in the original live control room; images come from commerce_live_files_apply. Shows a preview first; the change runs only after confirmation. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
