messenger_promotion_get
Read the Send to All screen of the Messenger app (pApp D00003, promotion extension Z00003) before sending one text or image (a completed messenger_media_upload_apply task for the promotion) to all channel members: the member count, this month's usage and your author profile [str_8367, str_7455]. Returns a revision. Sends nothing.
