event_live_broadcast_apply

Creates the next broadcast (start time at least 15 minutes ahead, rehearsal, stream language) or changes the standby screen image of the prepared broadcast in the Event Live app (pApp C00005). Starting, ending and cancelling stay in the original live control room; images come from event_live_files_apply. Shows a preview first; the change runs only after confirmation. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once. Ask the user again before executing; this cannot be undone. When the preview has requiresReconfirmation, execute only with irreversibleConfirmed: true after the person confirms again.
