messenger_room_create_get
Read the current prerequisites for creating one paid basic-group room in the selected channel's installed D00003 messenger. This read creates no room, catalog or product and activates no monetization.

Input and access
The strict input accepts only channelCode. D00003 and the verified installation are resolved by the host; do not supply pAppCode, an installation ID, thumbnailUploadTaskId, a service URL or credentials. OWNER or a DELEGATEE with MANAGE_P_APPS is required. Creator access is excluded. Current environment, selected channel, operator, permissions and credential version remain bound to the task.
The connected transport requires a separate explicit MES origin (PUBL_MES_API_ORIGIN or local profile mesApiOrigin), with no guessed API fallback or inherited origin from another environment. MCP forwards the explicit PUBL_MES_API_ORIGIN through the adapter. Missing/empty configuration remains absent; invalid origins are rejected. Missing authenticated transport yields AUTH_REQUIRED. An installed app or configured origin alone does not prove actual service compatibility.

Result
MESSENGER_CREATION_CONTEXT returns revision, exact messenger settings, complete current membership candidates, existing point branding or null, monetizationActive, priceLimits and the original default thumbnail. writesPerformed is false. Membership choices are read with a bounded complete inventory of up to 20 pages of 100; incomplete or foreign/duplicate records are rejected. The monetization key is reduced to a boolean and is neither returned nor journaled.
Copy revision into apply.expectedRevision and select membership business IDs from candidates. A creation needs at least one current membership, a new individual access product, or both. It requires an active messenger. The read can describe inactive monetization; apply requires explicit acknowledgement to continue in that state and does not activate it. Failed branding/key reads are errors, not proof that either is absent.
The current priceLimits determine the channel's KRW/USD minimum, maximum and step. Existing branded points are required for CASH_AND_CP.
A validated current result may link to the exact channel's D00003 basic-group creation screen. That link and read confirmation do not mean a room was created. Retain the returned navigation URL instead of constructing one.
