commerce_live_event_apply
Changes the live event title, title visibility or chat slow mode, or replaces or restores the promotion image in the Commerce Live app (pApp C00014). Shows a preview first; the change runs only after confirmation. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
