messenger_gift_reactions_get
Read reactions on 1–100 received gifts in the Messenger app (pApp D00003). Requires gift inventory IDs; give entryPoint and roomUuid together for room-gift-list or gift-bubble, or neither for gift history. Returns a revision and a console link. Changes nothing.
