messenger_reply_bulk_apply
Mark the selected inquiries complete together in the Messenger app (pApp D00003), as the Complete button of the direct room list does [str_9445, str_9452]. Requires tasks, confirmation COMPLETE_SELECTED_REPLY_TASKS. Every returned completed task is checked; rooms come back when members send new messages. No reply is sent. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
