This connected E00003 workflow reuses the original commerce host, exact installation and domain constraints. Content-only delegates cannot configure these resources. Task status is historical; task_resume observes sent work and never sends a prepared change. Repeat the identical original apply for unattempted work. Completed replays do not verify current state.
