messenger_room_operators_apply
Change the operators of a basic group room in the Messenger app (pApp D00003). Requires roomUuid, either managers (the complete list, up to four current channel creators other than the administrator [str_6742]) or admin (the seller or a current creator; a manager who becomes administrator leaves the manager list first, as the console does). Each stage is read back. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
