ott_titles_apply
Creates, edits, publishes or deletes a title, adds, moves or removes its episodes, or changes its cover, trailer or labels in the OTT app (pApp C00002). Trailer files are uploaded with ott_trailer_upload_apply; deleting or restoring a trailer stays here. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
