messenger_reply_task_apply

Mark one inquiry complete in the Messenger app (pApp D00003), as the Mark as Complete button of the oldest-unreplied list does. Requires replyTaskId, roomUuid, confirmation COMPLETE_REPLY_TASK. The room leaves the list and comes back when the member sends a new message [str_9452]. No reply is sent. A lost receipt stays pending and is never resent; task_resume only observes, and prepared work needs the identical apply. Called without confirmToken it previews and returns a confirmToken; repeating the same input with it executes once.
